Founded in 1984 with the aim to foster and develop computational technologies, Enginsoft today is a leading European CAE Service Provider with over 100 employees, several offices in Italy and across Europe, and partnerships with industry and universities.

EnginSoft's mission is to spread the culture of digital technologies within both production and research contexts. This challenge is pursued by offering engineering consulting services, world-class CAE softwares, dedicated training courses and by promoting conferences, collaborations with research institutes, and publishing activity.

Openeering is the EnginSoft business unit dedicated to the open source software for engineering and applied mathematics. Over the last years the Openeering team has acquired a wide expertise on the application of the Scilab framework to industrial problems. Openeering collaborates with Reactive Search in developing Scilab modules for solving industrial problems and in connecting Scilab modules to Reactive Search Optimization (RSO) components in LIONsolver 2.0 .

Reactiver Search SrL signed an agreement with Microsoft to have its Reactive Search Optimization components available as optional modules to be integrated into Microsoft's Solver Foundation.
Solver Foundation is a .Net runtime for mathematical programming, modeling, and optimization.
